WEB Naismith College Coach of the Year

The Most Outstanding Men's and Women's Basketball Head Coaches in NCAA Division I

Dan Hurley, UConn Men | Dawn Staley, South Carolina Women

The WEB Naismith College Coach of the Year award has been given to the coach voted the best in NCAA Division 1 college basketball since 1986. For its first two years after the award was created, it was given to the coach of the NCAA Division I men's basketball championship team. Since 1988, the award has been expanded to include the coach of the NCAA Division I women's basketball championship team.
